Storm Alert

10:00 a.m Update: Last night, a severe storm and high winds hit an area outside Saratoga Springs. Our crews have been working around the clock to restore service to customers who were impacted. The storm brought down trees, tree limbs and wires, causing damage to poles, and other critical electricity infrastructure. We urge everyone to always assume any downed line is live and dangerous, to stay far away, and to keep others at a safe distance. If you see a downed power line, please call 911 immediately and then contact us at 1-800-867-5222 so our crews can respond as quickly as possible.
